Why companies still need real people responsible for critical work

[00:00] And and and I'd like to think, I'd like [00:01] to hope at least, that people who know [00:03] what they're doing are still important [00:06] in the world. That like that I want to [00:08] hire people because I don't care if [00:09] they're using AI or not. I need somebody [00:11] to be responsible for this product. I [00:13] need to tell you, "Hey, we need [00:16] you know, two-factor off built into this [00:18] thing, and it needs to get done, and it [00:20] needs to get done right." And I'm going [00:22] to ask Jeremy to do that, not Claude, [00:26] because I need Jeremy to be responsible [00:28] and own that at this company. [00:31] You know? And I need a developer to do [00:33] that. So, I need somebody to do that, [00:34] and I think that's just true generally [00:36] of work. We need people to talk to and [00:39] to be responsible for things, and and [00:42] all this type of stuff. Just because the [00:43] the technical bit is maybe a little [00:46] easier than it used to be is not like a [00:48] complete story of employment. So, I'm [00:51] optimistic in that way, that we need we [00:53] need responsible people to be doing the [00:54] work.
