We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vorazius AI is an AI-powered platform that:

• Generates summaries of publicly available YouTube videos using AI language models.
• Provides semantic search across a database of processed video transcripts.
• Offers account-based access with free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit URLs for content you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or quotas through automated or manual means.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Free users receive a limited number of AI summarisations per day. Semantic search is available to all users without a login requirement.

Pro Plan: Pro subscribers receive higher daily limits and priority access. Billing is processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have billing concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated summaries produced by Vorazius AI are provided for informational purposes. The original YouTube video content and transcripts remain the property of their respective creators and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

The Vorazius AI platform, branding, and original code are the intellectual property of Vorazius AI and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated summaries will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vorazius AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vorazius AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
