As a freelance dev, treat every email or phone call as if it could become 10 more

[00:00] That's why I very much think every time [00:02] if I get an email through our the [00:04] contact form on my website right now or [00:06] if somebody calls me and says, "Hey, I [00:09] need something." I need to think of that [00:11] as this one customer is actually 10. [00:14] This is actually 10 potential customers [00:16] calling me on the phone, right? Because [00:18] I'm going to do a good job for that [00:19] person. Then they're going to refer me [00:21] two or three people. Each of them might [00:22] refer me a few people, right? So a phone [00:25] call is not a phone call. 10 phone one [00:27] phone call is 10 c customers.
