Um, JavaScript was a language that was designed in 10 days, not really intended for serious engineering when it was first, you know, designed. We ended up building larger, more complex applications on the web. Figma is an example. You know, Google productivity stuff, Google Docs, Riverside that we're using right now. A lot of these traditional applications that we thought had to be done on the desktop are now built with web technologies. So the scope of what's possible on the web expanded very rapidly. But JavaScript was a language that was not really designed for this purpose. It had to evolve. So there comes the problem of bundling. You need to like stitch all these files together. So each file contains variables. You don't want them to be all in the global scope. That would become unmanageable. So you now need to have imports and exports between modules. But putting all these things together and make it just work is very complicated. At least in the early
