What motivates people to keep contributing to open source projects?

[00:00] I just love it, right? Like I I I still [00:02] enjoy doing what I do. Like there's a [00:05] certain amount with Homebrew [00:06] specifically where I'm like, [00:08] you know, I might kind of grumble about [00:10] certain things sometimes or not want to [00:12] do this very specific thing right now. [00:14] And I'm like, yeah, but lots of people [00:15] use this, right? Like and it's a [00:18] it's a kind of useful like contribution [00:21] that I find anywhere between neutral to [00:24] actively enjoyable and it benefits a [00:26] bunch of other people, right?
