Become the best at what you love doing. That'll get employers to notice you.

Like I think [00:03] you should find a set of skills that [00:05] you're really good at, wrap those up and [00:07] you become the top 10 20% in that space. [00:09] Which sounds like when I say that to [00:11] people they're like, "Oh, you can't just [00:13] say that, Lynn." And like, "No, I'm [00:14] telling you be the best at whatever it [00:16] is you're doing and and look inward and [00:19] figure out what you love doing and what [00:21] gets you excited to wake up in the [00:23] morning and and just go off and be the [00:25] best at that. But I I think I think [00:27] that's the way to do it and it's like I [00:29] think those people I think companies [00:31] companies are trying to find great [00:34] talent to help them solve problems. And [00:36] it's like [00:37] they they will start losing some [00:40] extraordinary people [00:42] if if if they don't, you know, build a [00:44] culture that attracts extraordinary [00:46] people.
