If you're a junior developer, Swyx explains how you need to step up

I think like [00:04] uh the the smart ones, the high agency [00:06] ones are always going to figure out a [00:07] way, but the mediocre junior developer [00:10] who like is just like barely scrapes by, [00:12] barely learns the tutorial, and like [00:14] doesn't know how to generalize beyond [00:15] just the tutorial, you're in trouble. [00:17] You you do need to [00:19] step up. Um, and like [00:21] that's just how it is. Like, you know, [00:24] um you no one owes you a living. You got [00:26] to go earn it. And um you know, the the [00:28] tools of the trade are changing very, [00:30] very, very dramatically right now. [00:32] And uh you like [00:34] no one owes it Quincy doesn't owe it to [00:36] you to teach you. Like, you have to go [00:37] figure out yourself.
