You can look at a team of people who like really get along. They've been working really well together for years. And they all kind of work the same way and they all seem to have the same opinions about everything. But then this AI thing comes along and 70% of everyone hates it. And 30% of people are just like the happiest they've ever been as developers. They're they're showing up to stand up every day and they're like, "Look at these 20 things I built yesterday." The thing that divides people now, in my opinion, is a mix of if you're one of those ambitious people who just sees these things and like, "Look at all this stuff that I can build. I can finally do this." Like like if you're that kind of person, you see these things as like a rocket ship. You see it as like, "This is a This is an existential threat to my identity as a programmer. This is the thing that's going to like, you know, I'm I might not make it in the next round of layoffs, right? These massively high expectations for their output and I can't do that, right? That's not not realistic."
